You can track your application on the Visa Application Centre website, where you booked your appointment. Please follow the steps below:
- Open the email confirmation from gov.uk that you received when completing the application form, it contains a unique link to your personal account.
- Click on "Sign in to Your Application", enter your password.
- Click on "Provide Documents and Biometrics", then on "Continue".
- You will be redirected to your account on the Visa Application Centre website
- Select "Track"
You will also receive an email notification that your passport has been returned to the visa application centre when it is ready for collection.
There are no phones at the visa centres, you can contact the staff either via the feedback form on the website where you booked your appointment or in person.
