There are no phones at the visa centres, you can contact the staff either via the feedback form on the website where you booked your appointment or in person.
- Open the email confirmation from gov.uk that you received when completing the application form, it contains a unique link to your personal account.
- Click on "Sign in to Your Application", enter your password.
- Click on "Provide Documents and Biometrics", then on "Continue".
- You will be redirected to your account on the Visa Application Centre website where you can select date and time for biometric submission
