If you have already completed the application form on gov.uk website and paid the visa fee you can book an appointment on the Visa Application Centre website by following the steps below:
- Open the email confirmation from gov.uk that you received when completing the application form, it contains a unique link to your personal account.
- Click on "Sign in to Your Application", enter your password.
- Click on "Provide Documents and Biometrics", then on "Continue".
- You will be redirected to your account on the Visa Application Centre website where you can select date and time for biometric submission
There are no phones at the visa centres, you can contact the staff either via the feedback form on the website where you booked your appointment or in person.
