Anastasia and Leon were great. Their guidance helped me receive my U.K. student visa in Colombia as a U.S. citizen. They assisted me in filling out my application and helped schedule my interview appointment. We were very happy with the assistance and advice given as the online information available in Australia regarding the UK visa application process was very confusing. Xeenia was very professional and helpful and we appreciate all that has been done for us. The only issue was the time difference between Perth WA and UK as it often left us waiting until almost midnight to receive communications from yourselves.
